When signing up, you will be asked to set a Maximum Balance limit.
As required by the Dutch gaming regulation, in order to provide you with the best gaming experience, we ask you to specify limits for your account during registration, which will help you to manage your gaming behaviour, control your spending and ensure responsible gaming. You cannot proceed with registration without specifying a maximum balance limit, if such limit is not determined, your registration will be aborted.
Any amount that exceeds your maximum balance will be automatically withdrawn to the bank account you have selected during registration. You may change your limits any time in your Responsible Gaming page. A decrease of your limits is updated immediately; an increase of your limits will take effect after 7 days. A day starts at 01:00 GMT and ends at 00.59 GMT. A calendar week begins at 01:00 GMT every Monday morning. A month starts at 01:00 GMT on the 1st and will run until 00:59 GMT on the last day (28/29th, 30th or 31st).
Please be aware that setting a Max Account Balance Limit of Zero will prevent you from playing. If your new balance after a win exceeds your maximum balance, a notification will be shown.
