After you request your withdrawal, the amount will still be visible on the withdrawal page until it has been sent from us. This time frame can vary and depend on internal procedures or if your account is already verified, so make sure you check your "Verify Account"  page to assure you have sent all the documents we may need!

From the time when your withdrawal has been approved by our payments team and leaves your account, depending on the payment method, it can take up to 5 working days until you receive your funds.
