If you're unable to provide a photo of your deposit method, don’t worry — we understand.
We can accept alternative documents, such as a proof of ownership letter, to confirm you're the account holder.
A proof of ownership letter is a document issued by your bank that confirms you are the rightful holder of the payment method. This is typically used when the original card is no longer available.
The letter must:
- Include the first six and last four digits of the card number (please make sure that the correct card details are provided)
- State the card's expiry date
- Display your full name
- Show the bank’s name and logo
- Be signed and stamped by the bank
