What does this mean for you? If you are located in Ontario, you will be prompted to "migrate" your existing LeoVegas account to the newly launched Ontario offering. But don't worry, the migration process is quick and easy. Here's what to expect: Step 1: Next time you log in to your LeoVegas account, you will receive a pop-up prompting you to migrate to the newly launched regulated Ontario LeoVegas offering. 💡 Should I worry about my active balance? – No, any balance on your existing account will be automatically transferred to your new Ontario account! Easy peasy! 😊 Step 2: You will be asked to re-confirm your personal account details. You may need to correct or complete any inaccurate or blank information fields. 💡 Make sure your personal information is as accurate as possible, since this information will be used to automatically verify your identity. Step 3: Once your personal details are accurately submitted, you will receive confirmation that your account has been successfully verified within seconds. If we are unable to verify your identity at this stage, you may be asked to submit supporting documentation such as a locally issued local ID card or similar. Step 4: After successful verification is complete, you'll be automatically logged out of your existing LeoVegas account. At this stage you will need to log back into your account, at which point you will have completed the account migration process, and be accessing your newly created Ontario account. Remember, any cash balance from your original account will be transferred to your new Ontario account automatically. Not based in Ontario? No action is required from you. Your LeoVegas account will function as normal. |
