Forgot your password and can’t log in? It happens to all of us! Not to worry, simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on “lost password" (This can be found in the top of the main page on Desktop and in the Sidebar in the menu on mobile)
Step 2: Enter the email address that you have registered with LeoVegas.
Step 3: Click on Get New Password.
Step 4: Follow the instructions in the email.
Please keep in mind the following requirements for the new password:
Minimum 8 characters
At least one letter
At least one number
- At least one special character (!,#,?,*)
Password can’t be the same as email/username
- The password can't be changed to something that was already used before, it has to be a new one.
- You have 10 attempts before the account will be locked.
