As long as the money has not been sent from us yet, you can cancel your withdrawal.
To do so you can follow these steps:
- Go to “Withdrawal”
- Click “Go to Cancel Withdrawal” - you will be redirected to the “Balance” page
- The pending withdrawal will show and you will be able to click “Use money” to cancel the withdrawal
Note that if your withdrawal has already been sent to you, you will not see it anymore in your account and will not be able to cancel it anymore.
