If your payout has not yet been sent by us, a payout can be cancelled. A cancellation can be initiated as follows:

• Click into your history from the menu
• In your history you can track your payment and usage history.
• Above your history you will find a banner showing your pending payout.
• Click on "Cancel" to have the amount credited back to your balance.

Please note that once we have processed your withdrawal, it is no longer possible to cancel it and the steps above cannot be followed!
