- 4 weeks
- 6 weeks
- 6 months
By opting to take a time out, you won’t be able to log in to your account during this time, but when you come back, everything will be exactly where you left it.
We will endeavour to stop all marketing materials from being sent to you within 48 hours of your request being received.
Self Exclusion
To self-exclude your account, please follow the steps below or you can contact our Customer Support team via Live Chat or email, and they will be able to assist you with your request.
- Go to the Responsible Gaming tab
- Click Self Exclusion
- Select the Indefinite tab
- Click Close Indefinitely
- Confirm the self-exclusion request by entering your password, then click Confirm
- Your account is now closed
Once you have opted to self-exclude, opening a further account during the term of self-exclusion will void all transactions and forfeit any winnings.
For the period of self-exclusion, we will ensure that you do not receive any promotional or marketing material, but this can take 48 hours to come into effect after you opt to self-exclude.
