You can check whether your notifications are turned on directly in your profile. To do this, go to the privacy settings in your profile and check whether you accept offers by email or SMS.

Tip: In some cases, some email providers are very careful and emails can end up in the spam folder. If we end up in your spam folder, feel free to add us to your "safe recipients/senders" at any time.
