How do I regain access to my account after travelling?

If your account is suspended due to accessing it from outside of permitted locations, simply contact our Customer Support Team upon returning to Canada. You can reach us via chat or email. 

Can I use my account if I move permanently abroad?

Unfortunately, due to licensing requirements, we may not be able to offer our services if your permanent residence changes to a country where we are not operating.
