We’re moving to a new sportsbook betting platform to deliver a smoother betting journey and an improved overall user experience.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about what’s changing and how it affects your bets.
What’s changing?
We are transitioning to a new sportsbook platform. As part of this change:
- Sports betting will be temporarily unavailable from 27 February 2026.
- You will still have full access to Casino and Live Casino during this time.
- The update is designed to improve performance, usability, and your overall betting experience.
What happens to my existing bets?
- Any bets placed on events that settle after February 27, 2026, will have their stakes returned.
To avoid disruption, we strongly encourage you to cash out any bets that are due to settle after this date.
Can I still place sports bets during the transition?
- No. Sports betting will be temporarily unavailable from 27 February 2026 while the new platform is being implemented.
Casino and Live Casino services will remain available as usual.
When will sports betting be available again?
We are working to make the transition as smooth and fast as possible. Updates will be shared once the new sportsbook platform is ready to launch.
