We need to verify that the payment method you used belongs to you and is in your name. Therefore, we may need a photo of the method you have used and/or are using.
Depending on which payment method you use, you can verify in the following ways:
Payment Card
You can take a photo of your payment card in our document uploader on your profile. This photo needs to show the first 6 and last 4 digits, your name and expiry date. Please cover the other digits for security reasons. We also don't need to see the back, but keep in mind that all 4 corners need to be visible.
Bank account
An account statement or a screenshot from your internet bank showing your full name, the last 6 digits of the account number and the bank's logo or name.
E-Wallets
You can verify the accounts above by uploading a screenshot that includes your email address and customer number, recent transactions on your account, your name and the company name or logo of the provider.
How do I verify an expired or lost card?
If your card has expired or has been misplaced, we may still need to verify that it belonged to you.
We suggest that you first check your online banking account. There may be an option such as “Card History” or “Payment Cards” showing your previous card details. We require a screenshot of the card history, which must also include your name and card number.
Failing that, you can call into a branch of your bank, where they will be able to print out proof for you. This document needs to be signed/stamped by your bank to certify its authenticity.
