To process a source of funds check, we need you to submit your financial information. The quickest way to do this is by linking your bank account with our secure document uploader, Kreditz, as soon as possible.
We ask that you provide us with all the relevant information within 30 days of receipt of the request.
How does LeoVegas use Kreditz?
At LeoVegas, we work hard to ensure a safe gambling experience for you. Part of this involves asking some customers for Source of Income documentation, as required by our gambling license. The purpose of this is to establish how customers are financing their activity with us. To establish this, we ask customers to provide personal documentation such as payslips, tax returns, bank statements, and invoices.
Alternatively, with a customer's consent, we can receive 3 months of bank statements from a selected bank via our partner, Kreditz. The advantage of this is that customers do not need to manually provide documents, and we receive 3 months of data, aiding Source of Income verification.
How does it work?
You, as a player, will receive an email from us at LeoVegas where we ask you to verify your financial information via our partner, Kreditz.
From here, it's simple!
- Select your primary bank (or multiple banks if you use more than one).
- Authenticate with your bank(s) using your bank credentials via Kreditz's AISP-provider*.
- After a successful connection, you will see a ‘thank you’ page confirming that the process is complete.

*Kreditz has connections to several AISP-providers who carry out the actual data collection.
