To ensure the smooth operation of our platform, we will apply a monthly $5 fee to any dormant Leo Vegas accounts (no activity for 365 days).
Please note: This fee will only be deducted from your existing account balance if your balance is over $5.
We will never charge any of your chosen payment methods to cover this fee.
Will I be contacted before this happens?
We will make sure you’re well-informed before this happens by sending you an email around 30 days before your account reaches dormant status, with the fee being applied the following month, should your account remain inactive.
If it stays dormant for a further 2 years with a balance of $5, we will then proceed with closing your account.
How can I avoid the fee?
This administrative fee will be applied monthly until your account balance reaches $5, you withdraw your balance in full, or you log into your Leo Vegas account.
