Unfortunately, payment errors can occur with MasterCard, causing the payment to bounce back to your LeoVegas account. Should this be the case, we can send the funds to your bank account instead.

If your account is verified, simply send us an image of your MasterCard along with a copy of your bank statement (See the question How can I verify my payment methods I have used? for details). Once these documents are verified, request the withdrawal using the Bank transfer option.
