If this is the first time you are using our new Pay ‘N’ Play experience, you will need to login by making a deposit. The next time you log in, you will be able to do so without needing to deposit.
"I am trying to log in with my bank account but the error message keeps telling me to withdraw my funds. What should I do?"
You can log in using your email address and password, then withdraw the remaining funds on your account. Once this is done, you can try and log in through your bank again. If your issue remains unresolved, kindly contact Customer Support who will be able to help you.
"I didn’t receive the verification code when logging in through my bank. How can I fix this?"
You can try the process again, and if it is still unsuccessful then please contact Customer Support.
"I entered the verification code but now it's telling me to contact customer support. What did I do wrong?"
