Canadian cards do not always have a name embossed to show who is the legal owner of the card.
Usually, this information can be found by logging into your online banking and locating the card under "Card History". From there, you can simply send us a screen shot.
If your online banking does not have this feature, the next step would be to obtain a signed and stamped paper copy confirming that the card belongs to you by visiting your bank branch.
We need to see the following: Name, last four digits, logo and branch stamp.
